Club Updates
Becoming a paid member of Palm Beach Pack & Paddle Club means moving from participant to fully engaged insider within a dynamic outdoor community. Membership ensures you stay informed, prepared, and connected through our official club newsletter and a consistent cadence of communications, including Meeting Publicity updates prior to each gathering, P&P: The Week Ahead event previews, Twice-Monthly Event Flyers, and the monthly P&P Insider. These communications provide timely, structured insight into upcoming activities, leadership initiatives, and conservation efforts—allowing members to plan ahead and maximize participation.
Special Events
Paid membership also grants access to exclusive opportunities. Many special events and most long-distance camping trips are reserved for members, creating enriched experiences within a committed and invested group. Members are eligible to participate in our 101 instructional classes, designed to build competence and confidence in kayaking, paddle-boarding, camping, and other outdoor skills. These structured learning opportunities strengthen both individual capability and collective safety on the water and trail.
Community
Palm Beach Pack & Paddle Club members are recognized both within the club and throughout the broader community for their active involvement and support. Members receive name badges when they join, fostering connection, approachability, and a strong sense of belonging. Through participation in community outreach initiatives, conservation projects, and hosted public events, members serve as visible ambassadors of the club’s mission—demonstrating leadership, stewardship, and camaraderie while strengthening the club’s presence and reputation across Palm Beach County.
Partnership
Members have dedicated countless hours to conservation efforts since 1975 and participate in many conservation projects and fund-raising activities throughout the year, including participation in the Great American Cleanup and other cleanup events throughout Palm Beach County. Funds raised from events and donations benefit the club’s Conservation Fund. Each year funds are disbursed to community conservation and environmental organizations.

Membership connects you with opportunities for kayaking, canoeing, hiking, biking, camping, snorkeling, nature walks, photography, social activities, conservation projects, and more.
Your Membership Includes
- Official PBPP newsletters and member communications
- Access to club activities and special events
- Priority registration for selected events
- Eligibility for PBPP 101 instructional programs
- Opportunities to participate in conservation and community outreach
- A PBPP membership card
- Connections with fellow members who enjoy outdoor adventure, nature, and friendship
- Special events and long-distance camping trips may be limited to paid members.
Membership Fee: $25 for individuals and $35 for households
Membership Year: January 1–December 31
New members joining during October, November, or December will receive membership through December 31 of the following year, in accordance with PBPP's annual membership cycle.
How to Join or Renew Your Membership
We are now using Zeffy! Joining the club is quick and secure. Follow these steps to get started.
Step 1: Click the "join / Renew Button below
You will be directed to our secure registration form powered by Zeffy.
Step 2: Choose Your Membership Type
Select the option that best fits you:
- Individual Membership
- Family Membership
- Annual Renewal
- Each option will show the membership fee and details.
Step 3: Fill Out Your Information
Complete the registration form, including:
- Name and contact information
- Emergency contact
- Any required participation details
👉 Make sure your email is entered correctly — this is how you’ll receive confirmations and updates.
Step 4: Sign the Liability Waiver
All members are required to review and sign a waiver.
This is required for participation in all club paddles and events.
Step 5: Submit Payment
Zeffy allows you to pay securely using:
- Credit/debit card
- Bank transfer (ACH)
- Google and Apple Pay for mobile devices
💡 Important:Zeffy is free for nonprofits. You may see an optional contribution to support their platform — you can adjust this amount if you choose.
Step 6: Confirm Your Registration
After completing your signup:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email
- Your membership will be active immediately
- If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder.
Step 7: You’re Ready to Paddle!
Once registered, you can:
- Join club paddles and events
- Receive newsletters and updates
- Be part of our paddling community
